Plastic Mobile is an award-winning mobile marketing agency looking for an energetic sales who wants to work and gain experience in the mobile industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop qualified leads for Plastic Mobile by making high-volume outbound cold-calls against a pre-defined target list of companies (4-6 hours of prospecting activity per day)
- Re-contact high-potential prospective clients and keep them warm to ensure the pipeline stays full
- Conduct market research and keep on top of industry news in order to customize the “pitch” to prospective clients
- Follow up after conferences, events or industry networking events to qualify any leads brought back
- Work with the business development and marketing team to coordinate telesales efforts with any outbound marketing campaigns being organized
Required Sales:
- Undergraduate degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Telesales or telemarketing experience (marketing services field preferred), technology or IT field considered
- Excellent phone manner; Enjoys talking to people
- Persuasive communicator; able to use consultative selling skills to identify opportunities, overcome objections, build relationships and turn cold canvassing into sales.
- Able to internalize and convey the benefits of Plastic Mobile’s services to generate customer interest.
- Familiar with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic, results-oriented. Able to work in a rapid-pace startup environment where many hats must be worn and decisions must be made sometimes with minimal management input
- Candidates must understand that Plastic Mobile is looking to build a high-quality client portfolio; there is a focus on finding the right leads rather than green-lighting every lead.
